Client - Sainsbury's Objective Visit all Sainsbury's stores in the UK to replannogram, recatergorise and label the news and magazine shelving. Process A team of 200 field merchandisers were selected and trained from our internal staff database. Full briefing was provided to staff and on-hand support was available in our centralised office and regional field managers. Calls were planned using in-house call-file software to ensure a minimum cost-per-store. Field staff were forwarded all relevant instruction packs, colour planograms and title insert cards via the Instore picking / packing team. This was pack to reflect the exact requirements for each store, with due consideration to the store size. Results All calls were completed as per the given brief, with all SLAs delivered 100%.
