Process

Provide a national team of merchandisers to visit Sainsbury's stores every week on Friday. Provide field and office support for quick query / issue resolution.

Field staff are forwarded all call requirements weekly via their PDA, all information regarding product availability on entry and exit is captured and fed back to the client in an excel report.
