Objective

Walk into selected stores a 4 facing Perspex display unit and 4 shelf ready packs of subscription packs. Attach the unit to shelving in a prominent position of the News & Magazine department and fill will subscription packs.

Process

Provide a distribution solution to get unit and product to merchandisers. Provide a nationally spread team of merchandisers to walk in and place the unit. All merchandisers are forwarded all call requirements weekly via their PDA, all information regarding the execution of the activity is captured on the PDA and feed back to the client in an excel work book.

Results

The product was successfully placed in 94% of stores.
