Instore was my first experience of working in the corporate world and stepping into an office environment, as I joined straight after leaving sixth form. This opportunity gave me a real understanding of how to manage my time effectively and how to work to strict deadlines. After being promoted into several roles within the business, I realised that I had a passion for customer service and I wanted to continue working with clients at Instore. From then, I was able to progress into an Account Executive role before progressing into a National Account Manager’s role.

What do you do in your downtime?

Sport is a big part of my life, I enjoy playing rugby regularly, going on dog walks and doing DIY for my project house.
