Excellence expertise and energy – Instore is recognised at industry awards

Instore was recognised as one of the UK’s leading field marketing companies at prestigious Field Marketing & Brand Experience awards.  Shortlisted in four categories and competing against many much larger field marketing companies we were delighted to see our teams winning a silver award in the Retail Sales Experience category and being highly commended for Team of the Year.

The Silver Award for Retail Field Experience recognised the excellence of our sales promotion of  Glanbia’s sports nutrition through Dhamecha cash and carry outlets in London.  Working closely with both client and outlets we introduced the products to hundreds of new customers, actively selling in orders with displays and face-to-face conversations. Sales and repeat orders were well above target, with pallet loads gone in days and replenishments moving just as quickly.

Our expertise in managing the magazine category at Lidl was awarded a Highly Commended in the Team of the Year award. In this most prestigious of awards, the judges commented on the truly complex nature of the category and the challenge of maintaining standards in such a fast-moving retail environment. The motivation of our teams and maintenance of high standards over a sustained period was vital to the campaign’s success. From communication to execution, our teams shared their experience and found practical solutions that were quickly shared across the network of stores.

Commenting on the success Instore’s Managing Director, Mike Frost, said ‘ These awards recognise the very best in our industry – so much so that even to be shortlisted is an achievement. Instore was also shortlisted for two further awards: Most Effective Instore Marketing campaign – recognising our work in launching a greetings card offer at Aldi – and Agency of the Year for the collective of our work with all our clients.  ‘To be shortlisted for these awards, shows just how far we have come,’ said Mike Frost. “From management to merchandisers, we are one team.  I’m especially delighted that the expertise, excellence and just as importantly the energy of our people has been recognised by our customers and industry peers.’
